What we collect, and why
Browsing the site
By default this site loads no third-party scripts and sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may record your IP address, request time and user agent for security and abuse prevention. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure.
Analytics (only if enabled)
If website analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 loaded through Google Tag Manager under Google Consent Mode. No analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google until you give consent through the cookie banner. See the Cookie Policy for details. Legal basis: your consent.
Newsletter and downloads
If you sign up for our newsletter or a downloadable checklist, your email address is processed by our email provider (Brevo) to send you a confirmation email and, once you confirm, the content you asked for and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe from any email. Legal basis: your consent.
Contacting us
If you email us we keep the message and your address for as long as needed to handle your request. Legal basis: legitimate interest / steps taken at your request.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links are affiliate links. When you click one you leave this site and the destination company processes your data under its own privacy policy. We receive aggregate, non-identifying reports about sign-ups. See our affiliate disclosure.
Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors named above (hosting, analytics if enabled, email), who act on our instructions.
